Well my top USED to be a dress, but it shrunk up in the dryer, way up.... And I look *ahem* a bit uneven "up there" because I had yet to put on a strapless and just pulled the straps down and thus, an unattractive look.
top/dress- Forever 21
jeans- 7 for all mankind
belt/shoes- target
